Design Review Policy

At Gio'Lani Glass Collection and Icons by Holder, we strive to ensure your artwork is created with the utmost care and precision. As part of our process, the design team will review your selected category (Basic, Detail, or Intricate) and the corresponding size you’ve chosen.

If, upon review, we determine that the submitted image requires a higher level of design complexity than initially selected (e.g., a Basic design categorized as Detail), we will notify you via email. Any necessary adjustments to the design category and pricing will be communicated before proceeding with your order.

This policy ensures transparency and guarantees that your artwork meets our high standards of quality.
